Barn Rental Information
Gathering Space Rental Includes:
- Both Levels for up to 60 guests
- Available to rent Sunday – Thursday
- Tables & chairs (set-up/tear-down by guests)
- Garbage cans & bags (taken out by guests)
- Two interior bathrooms, fully stocked
- Wireless internet
- Access to kitchen prep spaces, two fridges, hot box, microwave, counters, utility closet & sink
Rental Policies:
- All food storage & cooking can be done in your own rented cabins or brought in by a third party licensed caterer
- Upon departure of rental space, guests must: sweep floors, empty garbage, wipe counters and tables, put away/stack tables and chairs
- $200 cleaning deposit is due at the time of booking, refundable a week after departure if the barn is left clean and policies followed
Rental Rates:
- $300 per day: 8am – 8pm on your chosen day
- $1,000 with our 4-Night Cabin Packages; 4pm the day of check-in until 10am the day of check-out of reserved cabins
- $200 cleaning deposit, refundable
