2025 Five Lakes Resort Rates

Rates are per cabin and you may fill the cabin to capacity at that rate. Anyone age 1+ counts toward the capacity of the cabin.  

4 Night Special Rates are valid on any 4-night stay. Please add 7.375% sales tax to all rates.

Deposits:  1/3 of your stay is due to confirm your reservation.  
Due by January 15 or within 10 days of making your reservation, whichever is later. 

Final Payments:  Remaining balance of stay due 90 days to arrival. 

Cancellations:  Cancellations more than 90 days to arrival, 2/3 of deposit is refundable. 
Cancellations less than 90 days to arrival: Payments non-refundable.  But you may send another party of the same size. 

Excessive Cleaning & Damage Fees: Upon your departure, if the cabin is found to have damage and excessive cleaning needs, beyond the usual wear and tear usage of the cabin, an excessive cleaning and damage fee will be assesed to your card on file, in the amount that pertains to the damage or cleaning needed.  
You will be informed of this charge with evidence should a fee apply.

Each cabin comes with one battery operated trolling motor fishing boat, firepit and outdoor picnic grill.

Additional boat, motor and battery: $40 per day or $185 per week + tax.
Subject to availability.

Late Arrivals & Early Departures will be charged for the entire stay.

Check-In time is 4:00 pm.
Check-Out time is 10:00 am.
