How to Book Your Stay at Five Lakes Resort; A Step-by-Step Guide

At Five Lakes Resort, we’re dedicated to creating personal connections and lifelong memories.  Booking with us is a little different but we’ve streamlined the process to make it easy for you!

Step 1: Research & Plan

Take some time to explore what Five Lakes Resort has to offer.  Think about what activities, dates and accommodations suit your needs.

Step 2: Reach Out to Us

Call or email our team to start your booking.

We’ll ask a few key questions to get started:

• Do you have specific dates in mind?
• How many nights do you plan to stay?
• Do you have a specific cabin in mind?
• How many people will be traveling?

Step 3: Choose Your Dates & Cabin(s)

Once we have your preferred dates or date ranges, we’ll send you cabin descriptions and availability to help you pick the perfect space.  Our rates are per cabin, one flat rate whether you have one person or fill the cabin to capacity.

Step 4: Confirm with a Deposit

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required:

• Due by January 15th (the year of travel), or within 7 days of booking, whichever is later.
• Deposit amount: 1/3 of your total stay.

Step 5:  Provide Guest Details

• Name, address and contact details for each billed party.
• Your billing preferences (split by family, combined, or separated by incidental charges).
• Any IATA or ARC numbers (for travel agents).

Step 6: Complete Your Payment

Full payment is due 90 days before your arrival.  Don’t worry – we’ll send email reminders to keep you on track.

Step 7: Get Ready for Your Stay!

We’ll send helpful updates, including:

• Monthly newsletters with resort news and tips.
• An email for booking excursions and rentals.
• A detailed pre-arrival guide about a week before you check-in.

For Travel Agents

We offer a 10% commission for all bookings, payable upon guest check-in.
